Independence & money model
Short version: CiaraLink is software. Flat subscription. 0% commission on care. You remain the provider. We do not sell participant data or steer plan funds for a cut.
What we are
CiaraLink is software for Australian care teams (NDIS and related). We sell a flat subscription. We do not deliver NDIS supports under the CiaraLink brand.
What we never do
- No referral fees — we do not charge for introducing providers, workers, or participants.
- No commission on care — we take 0% of shifts, plans, invoices, or NDIA claim value.
- No selling participant data — tenant care data is not sold or used to rank paid “winners” for steering plan funds.
- No pretending to be the provider — service agreements and care obligations stay with the tenant organisation.
How data works
- Each organisation has its own workspace (org silo).
- Sharing with another provider or professional is optional and should be consent-led.
- Default is private. Open free-for-all access is not the product.
