Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Cancel in a couple of clicks from your billing settings and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay one flat subscription for your size, and that is it. There are no per-shift fees, no per-participant charges and no surprise add-ons for core features, and CiaraLink never takes a cut of the care you deliver.
What if I take on more clients than my tier?
You are never blocked in the middle of caring for someone. When you grow past your tier we prompt you to move up. Your records, notes and history carry straight over, nothing is lost or re-entered.
How does pricing work?
CiaraLink is one flat subscription with every feature included. Plans are priced by the number of clients you manage: Providers from $199/month, Support Coordination from $99/month and Allied Health from $199/month. Individual support workers can start on a Free plan and upgrade to Pro from $49/month. Pay monthly or save with annual billing, and cancel anytime.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your data stays in Australia, protected by row-level security so people only ever see the records they are entitled to, with consent-based access on top. See our security & trust page for the detail.
Does CiaraLink make me NDIS compliant?
CiaraLink is a tool that helps you organise, evidence and share your own work so compliance is easier to stay on top of. It is not an auditor or a compliance authority, and you remain responsible for your own obligations.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Every plan includes role-based access so office staff, coordinators and support workers each see the right view. Your plan includes one user, and you can add seats as your team grows.
Can I switch from my current system?
Most teams move across without a gap in care. Book a walkthrough and we will help you bring your participants, workers and documents over so nothing falls through the cracks.
